This original boxed example from the Ideal Machine Tool & Engineering Co Ltd were made to a very high standard and without compromise . all models came with a test certificate of accuracy. This one has a serial number of 955 and had some changes from the earlier models. This boxed set is the most common  configuration seen but they did come with other accessories and could be added to. this one comes with the following :-

• 10  8mm collets
• 5    Step  chucks
• 1    Runner
•       Tip over and adjustable tool rest
•       Wax Chuck

This lathe has been used well and with care. Would suit student starting out or would compliment any model makers workshop. Built In Britain Built to last.
