VERSATILE DIVIDING HEAD BY GEORGE H. THOMAS
This small but effective dividing head comes with a second dividing unit which fits to the bull – wheel of a Myford ML7. The dividing sector plate and micro attachment are interchangeable between both machines, as are the dividing plates which have the following counts:- Plate 1 60. 46. 38. 34. 31. 29. Plate 2 78. 66. 50. 42. 32. 27. Plat 3 has one row of 60. Other counts can be added. The V D H has a drop center and bar but regrettably no tailstock. Used in conjunction with a Myford vertical slide wheel cutting of a great range of counts can be achieved. Would sit well in any horologists or model engineers workshop.
