COWELLS CW 8MM PRECISION LATHE
A late model of this well know precision lathe. In excellent condition , there is a slight amount of oil staining due to storage on the bed ways but would not alter the accuracy of this machine. We suspect the lathe had slight use, hence its condition. Comes with the following:-
- 3 jaw chuck with reversible jaws and adapter plate
- 18 metric collets
- male center collet
- Tailstock drilling chuck
- Flip over adjustable tool rest
- Adjustable roller filling rest
- Jacot attachment and 3 jacot plates 1 pinion plate
- Tools and manual.
The lathe is fitted with a DC mains powered variable speed motor giving good torque over the range. The price of this lathe and its accessories would be over £4500.00!!new.
