IME 8 MM PRECISION WATCH LATHE
Made by the Ideal Machine Tool & Engineering Co Ltd Kingsland road London, this was made to a very high standard. The bed is v shaped and made of tool steel insuring absolute rigidity which renders it virtually vibration free, it was also hand scrapped. This one not only has the rare crosslide but also the elusive 8mm drilling tailstock. This model has been well looked after by it`s previous owner there is no accessory box but we will find a box for all the collets. The equipment list is as follows:-
- Crosslide with 5 tool holder blocks
- 8 mm drilling tailstock with 3 jaw chuck
- Large runner tailstock with runner
- Tip over tool rest with double roller file rest
- 3 Jaw chuck with reversible jaws
- 11 used collets and 2 collet blanks
- 22 new collets ranging from 1.4 mm to 7.00 mm
- 4 Pulleys not shown
This lathe is in very good condition and will give long and accurate service to it`s new owner. Built in Britain Built to last!
