KENT MK11 LAPPING/ POLISHING MACHINE

A compact machine with dimensions of 49cm x 36cm x 46cm high so would suit a small workshop space. The oscillating head has a set stroke but can be moved to a different position to start its sweep across the polishing plate. The arm can be adjusted for weight by unscrewing the round metal block directly over the arm and replacing it with a lighter unit according to the material that is being lapped or polished, it only came with one. The plate that came with this one is aluminum or some alloy and is located on 3 pins on the driving plate other plates in cast iron could easily be made. The stroke alters with the speed which is variable. Weight of the unit is 16kg and because of the perspex cover will have to be collection only the machine is in full working order.
