This is the long bed version (double foot) and is a rarity to find. whilst the paint has suffered over its working life the lathe is in exceptional condition as far as the headstock (bearings) and  crosslide and drilling tailstock are concerned. We have of course stripped all of these items anyway for cleaning and resetting the headstock  bearings. These are bronze with wire drip oilers so lubrication is maintained. The nose is threaded which takes the original 3 jaw chuck which is secured with a back clamping ring. Comes with the following:-

• Favorite   3 jaw chuck
• Lever drilling tailstock
• drill chuck for tailstock
• Tip over tool rest with 3 rests
• 5 Ring chucks
• 18 Schuablin 8mm collets

It comes with a mains (240 volt ) single phase motor with a 3 step pulley. we would recommend a variac controller or changing to a DC motor and controller, we can advise on this if required.This a very good lathe to use and would suit a horology student or precision model maker.
