RUDOLF FLUME 8MM LATHE

A rare 8mm Rudolf Flume watch makers lathe. In fact a G Boley lathe mounted on a Flume base with a very powerful and quite variable speed 240 volt single phase motor with reverse. The unique feature of this lathe is it can be used right or left handed by simply reversing the top slide screw and moving the angular pointer ( takes about 5 minutes), the motor is taken off and reversed with the hand rest plate, a screw driver is all that is required. This lathe has had little use and comes with good selection of colletts all marked Boley a mandrel plate drop arm and pivot plates two tool rest and a single and double filling rest and saw table. The box is in very good condition and marked Boley. Because the base is heavy  it will be collection only. Please call if you require any further information.
