A great favorite with clock makers and model engineers, usually made by the user from a kit of castings. There were several variations to the design some of which could be used for staking and punch work. This one comes with 1/4″ Jacobs chuck and is powered by a Crompton Parkinson 1/8 kilo watt 240 volt mains motor.it has 6″ of light under the chuck to the 4″ round table that can be removed if required giving 10 1/2″ from the chuck to the base.
