PROXON PD 400 LATHE
A good clean example of this very well made Austrian lathe. They do not come into the second hand market as often as we would like. This one comes with a Proxon 3 jaw chuck and revers jaws, quick change tool holder and two holders, set of change wheels for imperial and metri threads. Dials are metric. Two morse tailstock ( a three jaw drilling chuck will be supplied ). 6 speeds 80 – 2800 rpm, Centre height 85 mm and 400 mm distance between centres, 240 volt single phase motor and manual. Slide`s and bed are undamaged. This would suit a serious model maker or horologist who wants depenable repeatable accuracy.Buyer collects or arranges collection.
