This Spindle is likely to be an early model by Arund Engineering the latter models were of sqaure construction with the mounting holes drilled through the block and will fit straight on to a Myford vertical slide. They were very well made in solid cast iron with high quality bearings. The spindle will take 1 morse tooling and is ideal for horological wheel and pinion cutting.
